At Dropfan we hope to create loyal customers and encore experiences by delivering quality products that exceed expectations and customer service that rocks.  

We are confident that every product we ship has been thoroughly tested and has passed our rigorous quality controls.  That's why we can offer an "Advanced Exchange" warranty program.  If your Dropfan product stops working properly within the first year of ownership we will ship you a new replacement immediately at our cost.  We'll even include a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the malfunctioning product back to us.

Shipping & Freight

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. 

Returns

Should this product fail to meet your expectations, you may return the product to Dropfan Incorporated for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy. This return policy applies to Dropfan products purchased directly from Dropfan.com and is independent of other dealer return policies.

To receive a full product refund, not to include shipping charges, the Dropfan product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to provide the original sales receipt or invoice for purposes of verifying date of purchase. Prior to shipping the product, you must contact the Dropfan's service department at (844) DRO-PFAN or via email at support@dropfan.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and specific instructions on how to package and ship the Dropfan product to avoid damage.

Once the product is returned in new condition in its original packaging and an inspection by our technicians confirms compliance with the above requirements, you will be contacted regarding refund procedures.
